Conflict Resolution

Given that we are very small right now, this is not a major problem for us. However, we understand that this will be extremely critical as more people join Digithos. We are starting out with Mindfulness and NVC as two key mechanisms. As with Decision Making, we are likely to borrow a lot of ideas from the Teal movement going forward.
